“Amazing working team… best place to get 3D models printed.”

3D Printers & 3D Printing Services, Built for Production
Industrial-grade machines designed and built in Bengaluru — and an on-demand manufacturing floor that turns your CAD files into parts. One partner from first prototype to production run.
Trusted by Industry, Recognised by Institutions

One Partner for the Whole Build
Buy the machine, order the parts, or bring the idea — the same Bengaluru team stands behind all three.

3D Printers & Accessories
Desktop to industrial FDM, SLS on the way — plus dryers and consumables, all designed and built in Bengaluru.

3D Printing Services
Upload a CAD file, get a DFM-checked quote, and receive parts in 20+ materials across five processes.

Design & Engineering
Sketches to manufacturing-ready CAD — our engineers design, prototype and iterate with you.
Six Printers, One Range
Desktop precision to industrial throughput — every one designed, built and supported from Bengaluru.
Accessories Built for the Same Standard
Print quality depends on more than the printer — Fracktal also builds the accessories that keep materials and beds print-ready.

MDS1 Material Dryer
Dries up to three 1kg spools (1.75mm or 2.85mm) at once, with smart sensors that protect hygroscopic materials like Nylon, PETG, and TPU from moisture damage.

PrintStick
Temperature-responsive bed adhesive — grips while the bed is hot, releases clean after cooling. Water-soluble with zero residue, good for 50+ applications per bottle.

No Imported Kits. No Rebadging.
Fracktal Works designs, engineers and manufactures its printers in Bengaluru — mechanics, electronics, firmware and slicer, all under one roof since 2013.
That is not a label; it is what support feels like. The team that answers your call is the team that built the machine, and a spare part is a courier away rather than an import.
Watch the Range at Work
The Twin Dragon’s independent dual extruders print two parts at once in duplication mode — or one part in two materials.
Every machine runs our own slicer and firmware, tuned on the same floor that builds the hardware.

From CAD File to Courier
Upload the 3D file, choose a process and tell us the quantity. We come back with a design-for-manufacturability analysis and a price — the problems before the invoice, not after it.
FDM, SLA, SLS and HP MJF on the floor, vacuum casting for short runs, and CNC when the part should not be printed at all. Working accuracy from ±0.2% (SLA) to ±0.1% (CNC).
Five Processes, One Floor
Manufacturing high-quality parts at competitive prices, from rapid prototyping to functional end parts.
Not Sure Which Process Fits?
Schedule a free consultation — send the part file and an engineer will walk you through the trade-offs before you spend anything.
Built Here, Backed Here
Designed & built in Bengaluru
Every machine is engineered in-house — mechanics, electronics, firmware — not assembled from an imported kit.
Supported by its builders
Twelve-month warranty and service from the same team that designed the machine. Spares are a courier away, not an import.
Pan-India reach
Authorised resellers demonstrate on real machines near you, and parts ship across the country.
Software made with the hardware
Our own slicer and firmware, tuned for each machine on the floor that builds it.
Impact That’s Measured
Machines and parts are means; this is what customers did with them.

Consumer ElectronicsSet up inside their buzzing workspace, supporting ideas that mattered when they mattered the most.

ManufacturingA metal-casting manufacturer rebuilt its fundamental pattern-making process — and won the clients that mattered with the results.

AutomotiveTurning the obsolete-model spares problem into an opportunity — and winning generational customer loyalty with it.

Every spool ships with a print profile for the machine it runs on — from everyday prototyping grades to carbon-filled engineering polymers. Pick by what the part has to survive.
Common Questions
Which Fracktal printer should I buy?
It comes down to what the parts have to survive. Snowflake is the plug-and-play desktop machine; Julia adds Wi-Fi, an integrated camera and OctoPrint for labs and classrooms; Twin Dragon brings IDEX dual extrusion and Volterra a 450 °C hotend for engineering polymers. Tell us the application and we will point you at the right machine — or talk you out of one.
Are the printers really made in India?
Yes. The machines are designed and built in Bengaluru, and supported from there — which is also why a spare part is a courier away rather than an import.
Can I see a machine before buying?
Yes. Authorised resellers across India demonstrate on real machines near you, and we run demonstrations in Bengaluru. Tell us your city and what you want to print.
How do I get parts printed?
Upload the 3D file, choose a process and tell us the quantity and finish. We come back with a design-for-manufacturability analysis and a price. Approve the quote and the job goes on the floor; you get tracking when it ships.
What accuracy can I expect from the service?
SLA ±0.2%, SLS ±0.3%, FDM ±0.5%, and CNC machining ±0.1% with a 0.1 mm lower limit. Those are the working figures we quote against, and we will issue a first-article report if you ask for one.
What warranty do the machines carry?
Twelve months on the machines in the range. Buying through an authorised reseller does not change it — the warranty and the support are the same either way.
